How to get to the venue
The wedding will be at Can Marial in El Maresme, a 30-minute drive from Barcelona. The nearest towns are Mataró and Arenys de Mar.
Important: Buses will be provided for the return trip to Barcelona city center ONLY. Guests must arrange their own transport to the venue.
Flights
Please fly into Barcelona El Prat. While you might see flights to Girona or Reus, they are far from the city and costly to reach Barcelona from.
Getting to the venue
By taxi: Use the FreeNow or Cabify app; Uber is not recommended. Taxis from central Barcelona cost around €60+. We recommend sharing to save on cost.
By train: Take the R1 train (towards Maçanet-Massanes) to Caldes d'Estrac station, a 15-minute walk from the venue. Trains depart from Barcelona-Sants, Plaça Catalunya, and Arc de Triomf, with a journey time of about 1 hour 15 minutes from Barcelona.
By car: The venue is a 40km drive (30 minutes) from Barcelona city. Car rentals are mainly located in Barcelona airport and Barcelona Sants train station.
Parking: The venue has ample parking with space for 100+ cars.
Where to Stay
You’re welcome to stay near the venue, but we’d recommend staying closer to the city center. It’ll make getting to the airport easier, keep you close to our day two event, and give you plenty of great bars, restaurants, and things to do.
Staying in Barcelona city centre
Barcelona is a small, accessible city with affordable taxis and excellent public transport (buses, metro, and trains), making it easy to get around no matter where you stay.

Staying close to the venue
The closest town is Caldes d'Estrac. It is quite small but has some accommodation options. Alternatively, the larger towns of Arenys de Mar or Mataró offer more choices.
